Cancellation & Refund Policy
MAZE EVENTS AND EXHIBIT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible and, therefore, has a liberal cancellation policy.
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
MAZE EVENTS AND EXHIBIT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund or replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not satisfactory.
In the case of receipt of damaged or defective items, the issue must be reported to our Customer Service team. Such requests will only be entertained once the merchant has checked and verified the complaint at their end. This should be reported within 7 days of receiving the products.
If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, you must bring this to the notice of our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product. The team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision based on the findings.
For complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from the manufacturer, the issue must be referred directly to the manufacturer.
In case any refund is approved by MAZE EVENTS AND EXHIBIT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, it will take 1-2 days for the refund to be processed and credited to the end customer.
